Website Design & Photography – Dragon Con

This popular fan-focused event in Atlanta was struggling with an outdated website that was fragmented, and hobbled together by a string of volunteers over the years, and really needed to be redesigned and built on a sustainable, updated platform. I worked on very detailed UX wireframes before moving onto the visual design, which had to be extremely flexible, and packed with hundreds of pages of content including event descriptions, photo galleries, guest celebrities and artists, location maps and more. I also worked the entire event as a staff photographer, capturing images of all the various aspects of the event, from celebrity panels, workshops, gaming, merchandise, costumes, parties, contests, the parade, etc.
