Holiday Lights in Midtown!

• What we’ll do
REVISED RAIN PLAN:
This rain may subside, and WE ARE STILL ON for tonight! However, I am reversing the walking route incase we need to take cover! New nearest MARTA station is MIDTOWN!

Let’s meet at 10th & Peachtree St, (where the upside down car sculpture is). WE WILL SHOOT & WALK in light rain/wet conditions, BUT if it’s pouring rain, we can head one block over to Cafe Intermezzo (11th & Peachtree), as long as we splinter off into small groups (under 8 persons), they can seat us throughout the restaurant, or at the bar.

Dress and pack gear appropriately for wet conditions (protect your camera). Rain looks AMAZING in pictures, but please CHANGE YOUR RSVP if you no longer want to attend. Thanks and see you tonight!

*******************************************************

This holiday season, let’s mix things up and head over to Midtown for some holiday lights, sight-seeing & street shooting. We will meet outside of the High Museum on Peachtree Street, and spend some time shooting around the High & Woodruff Arts Center, before heading south down Peachtree Street. We’ll see lights all along this route including displays at 15th Street Plaza, Colony Square, 10th & Peachtree and more.

• What to bring
A tripod is recommended for long exposures, and/or prime (wide aperture) lenses for night shooting.

• Important to know
Parking & MARTA:
Recommend paid parking in a deck, as street parking is limited is this area. Arts Center is the nearest MARTA Station. Uber/Lyft, carpool, biking, walking are all encouraged!

P.S. There are also MARTA stations all along Peachtree Street, so you won’t need to walk back to Arts Center at the end of the night. 🙂
